What makes the works of Pollock, Rothko, and Frankenthaler so profound? How did they paint the way they did? Learn the answer to these questions and give it a shot yourself at our applied art history class: Paint like Frankenthaler. We begin with an art history lecture and after, it's your turn to give it a go! We will be painting on large (36"x36"), unprimed canvas on the floor using paint buckets, squeegees, and sponges. Option to stretch and frame your canvas available at the end of class.
