Canceling

Happy Medium requires 30 days notice to cancel your Pottery Membership. So, for example, if you wanted to cancel your membership in May, you would need to let us know by your billing statement date in April. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate a membership pause.

Your individual billing statement date for each month is determined by your initial signup date, as the billing cycle is every 30 days from the day you sign up. Friendly reminder that we require a 3 month minimum commitment to sign up!

Cancellation requests can be made over email and will only be honored if they fall after the 3 month minimum commitment period. You can email us at memberships@happy-medium.co.

Never taken a pottery class before? No worries! We’re beginner friendly. We’ll give you a brief orientation upon your first visit, but please reach out with any questions you may have in the meantime. We look forward to creating with you.
